Louise Thompson presents seminar on how to lose weight without cutting entire food groups, counting calories, starving yourself or going crazy.

Louise Thompson, author of “The Busy Woman’s Guide to High Energy Happiness” (Penguin), wellbeing columnist for Bite Magazine in the New Zealand Herald, life coach and yoga teacher is sick of seeing clients turn themselves inside out over weight loss so she has put together a seminar to get women off the yoyo diet treadmill forever, losing weight without force or boredom.
