Miss Samoa NZ 2014-2015 announced

Miss Samoa New Zealand celebrates 23 years and this year it was delivered ONLINE, with 6 contestants who showed interest within New Zealand. This was proven successful, at no cost to our contestants and their families.

The Pacific Events & Entertainment Trust Board & Miss Samoa New Zealand committee are proud to announce the winner, our new Miss Samoa NZ 2014 – 2015; Latafale Auva’a.

INTRODUCING OUR MISS SAMOA NZ 2014-2015 | LATAFALE AUVA’A

Latafale is 20 years old from Papakura, Auckland. A scholarship student in her 3rd year of studying towards a double degree in Law and Music, Majoring in Performing Arts at Otago University, Dunedin. Her villages in Samoa are | Tiavea / Saleaumua | Vailoa, Faleata | Satupa’itea / Siufaga.

We have a beautiful spirit of humility in the Samoan culture that should continue to be nurtured but not be a hindrance to achievement and good work”

Latafale Auva’a will be crowned our new Miss Samoa NZ by the reigning Miss Samoa New Zealand; Margaret Sarona Scott at a special crowning ceremony on the 13th August 2014 in Auckland. This will be followed by her representation of our Samoan community in New Zealand at this year’s Miss Samoa Teuila Pageant in Samoa.
