Distinta is DēLonghi’s new breakfast collection of appliances built from lasting metal and with all the Italian flair you’d expect from the celebrated brand.

Setting a new standard for the high-end breakfast market, Distinta delivers an evolution of traditional appliance design through new shapes and finishing.

For a start, it’s a full-metal collection and all six items are available in four colours – style copper, future bronze, elegance black and pure white, 2015-relevant colour trends formulated by the DēLonghi design department.

Refined finishing stems from Italian craftsmanship mastery – hand-brushed stainless steel inserts are assembled by hand – is supported by a special painting process that brings Distinta’s metal surfaces to life.

The paint process involves multi-strata deposits of pearly varnish providing a multi-reflexes finish that makes the colouring simply shine.

The Distinta range comprises two toasters, two kettles, pump coffee makers and a milk frother.

Distinctive features include:
• Digital kettle: digital temperature control for ultimate brewing.
• Kettle: 360 degree base, removable filter, 1.7L capacity and water level indicator.
• Toaster: 2-slice / 4-slice toaster, extra lift position, crumb trays and browning control
• Pump coffee machine: double wall filter, ECO function on / off, advance cappuccino system and ESE filter
• Milk frother: waterproof, hot and cold function, 4x 140ml cup capacity and independent base.

DēLonghi has set up a dedicated Distinta online landing page at (URL) which is also optimised for mobile devices.

Consumers can also download a special Distinta augmented reality app that enables them to place the appliances in images of their own home environment.
