Well-known information website Queenstown.com has become the go-to snow page for snowsports enthusiasts since launching its comprehensive Snow Reports page.

The locally-based site is the first in the region to offer up-to-the-moment snow reports for all four local ski areas -- The Remarkables, Coronet Peak, Cardrona and Treble Cone.

Launched over a decade ago as a one-stop-shop business directory and local information source, Queenstown.com highlights the best places to stay, eat and play in Queenstown, providing new and relevant content for visitors and locals alike.

The Snow Reports page features webcam shots updated every 15 minutes, temperatures, snow levels, road conditions and links to a full report for each mountain.

Queenstown.com content manager Dan Move described the service as “ideal” for visitors or locals chasing the season’s ‘white gold’.

“There’s four fantastic ski areas within easy driving distance of Queenstown, so it makes complete sense to compile snow and road condition information onto one, easy-to-read and information-rich webpage,” he said.

“Powderhounds can decide where to go in one quick glance, so they’ll spend less time trawling the internet and going backwards and forwards, versus more time on the slopes.

“We’ve got you covered whether you're lying in bed, at the office, or in the car deciding which mountain to head up to today.”

All four local ski areas are scheduled to be open this weekend and all the essential information can be found on the Queenstown.com’s Snow Reports page here (http://www.queenstown.com/info/snow-reports).
