Pour 1/2 cup of Chia Seeds, 1 cup of coconut or almond milk, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract in a jar or glass container and refrigerate overnight or until the seeds have gelled. Before serving, top with fresh fruit of your choice and almonds.
