Chocolate Health Shake
Ingredients
- Handful of ice
- 1 frozen banana, chopped skin removed
- Flesh of ¼ avocado
- 1 tbsp. pumpkin seeds
- 1 tbsp almonds
- 2 tbsp. cocoa powder
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 cup low-fat milk or water
1) Chop the banana into a few chunks and pop into the Kenwood Blend-X Pro jug
2) Add the remaining ingredients, blend thoroughly and serve

Oat Cookie Bites
Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- ½ cup desiccated coconut
- 4 squares dark 70% dark chocolate or 3 tbsp. cacao nibs (optional)
- 2 Tbsp. tahini or nut butter
- 2 Tbsp. maple syrup
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2-3 Tbsp. water (enough until the balls become sticky and doughy)
How to Make:
1) Place all the ingredients into Kenwood Food Processor and pulse together, adding the water slowly until dough reaches a chunky consistency.
2) Roll into balls and pop into the fridge for 30mins or freezer for 15mins to chill and set
