Typically the words ‘wearing jack’ bring anything but clothing to mind, but that’s about to change with the launch of New Zealand’s newest casual-streetwear label.

Whether you’re after a sweet tee, relaxed singlet or super-comfy hoodie to kick back in during the balmy summer nights – wearingJACK® has got you covered, with its sleek cuts, awesome prints and fresh colours.

In support of local talent, wearingJACK® used designs created by young New Zealanders on its launch range - LANDED. The opportunity was promoted through universities, polytechs and art and design schools across New Zealand, with young designers invited to submit their artwork for the first wearingJACK® range.

The result is prints that reflect a cross section of Kiwi creativity – a design model that Alissa Wilson, creator of wearingJACK®, is keen to continue, with its ability to garner fresh, unique ideas straight from the label’s target market.

“With many originally New Zealand-made brands moving to offshore manufacturing, wearingJACK® answers a gap in the market for a genuine, Kiwi-made label that’s sweatshop-free,” says Wilson.
