Join Regal and Jason Dell on Thursday 25 September as he teaches you the art of easy entertaining with delicious Regal Marlborough Salmon incorporating the finest fresh ingredients from Farro.

Multi-award winning Jason is the Executive Chef at the highly acclaimed Blanket Bay Lodge – rated by Conde Nast Traveller as one the world’s top 10 luxury hotel restaurants for its cuisine.

From stylish starters to mouth-watering mains, Jason will show you innovative and easy ways with Regal salmon and how to add flair to your entertaining repertoire.

The evening will start in style with Regal Marlborough Salmon canapés accompanied by the Allan Scott Marlborough Blanc de Blancs NV followed by the Regal Masterclass, Easy Entertaining with Jason Dell.
