New Zealand’s favourite pizza company Domino’s isn’t just focused on turning out great pizza – it’s also committed to making sure delivery to its customers is quicker than ever before!

The pizza chain is focusing on lowering the delivery time of all orders throughout New Zealand – from the minute an order is placed to when it arrives hot and fresh at the customer’s door.

Currently the average delivery time across Domino’s 82 stores in New Zealand is 23 minutes.

Domino’s Pizza New Zealand General Manager Josh Kilmnik says focusing on delivery times is vital to ensure that customers receive their pizzas, pastas and sides piping hot, and their drinks chilled.

“We are serious about improving delivery times across the New Zealand business and ensuring that our customers’ pizza cravings are satisfied quickly with quality products that taste delicious,” he says.

“However, what we won’t compromise on is the safety of drivers out on the road or making sure that every pizza is made exactly how the customer wants it.”

In order prove that Domino’s is serious about improving delivery times, every Saturday night the company will post the top five delivery stores and their average times on its Facebook page.

“We want to celebrate those stores doing an outstanding job getting their pizzas out to their customers, while also showing customers how committed we are to ensuring they receive their pizzas as quickly as we can make them,” says Mr Kilmnik.
