Jack Johnson Announces New Zealand Tour

Jack Johnson is bringing the From Here to Now to You Tour down to TO New Zealand on December 3. 

Live Nation is pleased to announce Jack Johnson’s forthcoming  “From Here To Now To You” Australian and New Zealand tour, beginning with a performance at Auckland’s ASB Theatre on Tuesday December 3.

Back to perform in New Zealand, a place held dear to his heart, Jack returns in support of his sixth studio album “From Here To Now To You”.  Having sold more than 19 million albums worldwide since his 2001 debut “Brushfire Fairytales”, Jack Johnson has proven his connection with audiences across the world, and no-where better has this been reflected than in New Zealand.

Tickets will go on sale at 9am Tuesday September 17th.

With a catalogue boasting six RIANZ number one albums and multi-platinum album sales, you can expect to hear Jack performing such classics as "Inaudible Melodies", "Sitting Waiting Wishing", "Flake", "Taylor", and  "Times Like These”, alongside material from his latest release, “From Here To Now To You”.

Due for release Friday September 13th on Jack’s own Brushfire Records through Universal Music, the album features Johnson’s longtime recording and touring band members Adam Topol, Merlo Podlewski, and Zach Gill. The album also marks a reunion with producer Mario Caldato, Jr. who produced Johnson's biggest selling album, “In Between Dreams”, and good friend and fellow musician Ben Harper who lends his talents of vocals and Weisenbborn slide guitar for a song.

Jack Johnson and his band will kick off their world tour this September with sold out dates across Europe, the UK and the U.S. before heading to Australia this December.

Joining Jack Johnson on tour as supports will be Oahu-based musician friends Paula Fuga and John Cruz. The perfect compliment to the shows, Fuga’s singing has been described as modern Hawaiian soul, while Cruz’s “Island Style” has long been a staple of contemporary Hawaiian music.

As with all of his tours since 2008, Jack Johnson will donate 100% of his tour profits to charity.
