New company BLACK ZQN delivers on European style and exceptional premium service

Black ZQN is a company with a difference – launched in Queenstown to provide top quality, professional and dedicated drivers and transport solutions for high-end visitors to the South Island.

The Black fleet – as the name suggests – consists of all-black late model European vehicles.Heading the fleet is the Bentley Continental Flying Spur, a sumptuous and spacious four door Grand Tourer. Other vehicles include three Range Rover Sports, a Land Rover Discovery (for more serious off road excursions), a BMW X5 and a Mercedes Sprinter 11-seater van with a luxury interior, DVD player and covered trailer.
At the wheel are Black’s discreet and knowledgeable drivers, with an intimate knowledge of New Zealand, both past and present.

“We formed the company because we had been frequently approached about the need for a premium service where “exceptional” is actually the norm,” said Black manager Mike Stevens.

“These vehicles have the understated style that complements clients’ expectations of quiet comfort, leaving them free to enjoy the magnificent scenery of this region.
“This winter we are launching unparalleled prestige snow packages. These include private transfers to and from the ski areas with add-ons such as assistance with executive ski hire. Black clients may also have access to the exclusive Peak Club Lounge at Coronet Peak.”

The Black Experiences offer a range of options designed to meet the desires of individual clients. Examples could include Wine and Art Trails, trips into the spectacular back country with its gold mining history, all the way through to complete South Island immersions and anything in between. All tours will be individually designed to meet client requirements.

Even transfers to and from Queenstown Airport come with a ‘special touch’. Black has VIP parking at the door and clients are looked after from the moment they arrive to ‘wheels up’ on departure day. The airport drop off service even includes a complimentary drink at Bar Bing Bong with stunning views towards Coronet Peak.

“Black has a range of select product partners to help deliver memories and experiences that money alone just can’t buy,” said Mr Stevens.

“We’ve got all the right connections so that if, for instance, we’re on a Wine Trail, then we’re more likely to be talking with the owner or winemaker of the vineyard than someone at the cellar door.”
