Ingredients
1 x pineapple round
1 x wedge of watermelon
1 x slice of mango
1 x pinch of shaved coconut
1 x scoop of ice
500ml Vita Coco
Additional pineapple and watermelon wedges
to garnish
Serves two

Method
• Slice fruit into small squares and section even amounts into two high ball glasses.
• Add ice to the glasses over the fruit
• Top with Vita Coco
• Garnish each glass with a small wedge of
• pineapple and watermelon
• Serve with a colourful straw and cocktail umbrella

Ingredients

¼ cup fresh kale
½ ripe avocado
3 x dates
1 x frozen banana
1 x tablespoon LSA
1 x tablespoon black chia seeds
1 x tablespoon sunflower seeds
1 x tablespoon threaded coconut
1 x teaspoon of coconut oil
1 x squeeze of lime
250ml Vita Coco (more, depending on how you prefer the consistency)

Method
• Add all ingredients to blender and blend until thoroughly combined
• Serve in a tall glass and top with additional LSA and coconut to garnish

Ingredients

1L Vita Coco
250ml coconut milk
2 x passionfruit or other fresh fruit to flavor  Ice block mould

Method
• Pour coconut milk into the mixing jug and add 1L of Vita Coco
• Scoop the passion fruit (or other desired fruit) out of the skin and add to coconut mix
• Mix thoroughly so the fruit is evenly distributed through the liquid
• Pour liquid into ice block moulds and leave in the freezer to set
