New Zealand's Aro Ha Wellness Retreat secures another Conde Nast Traveler tick of approval

Aro Ha Wellness Retreat near Queenstown on New Zealand’s South Island has had a stellar year since opening in January 2014. Hot off the heels of Conde Nast’s Readers Choice Awards in 2014, the adventure wellness retreat has been named in the coveted Conde Nast Hot List 2015.

The retreat is one of only five retreats named in the Conde Nast Traveler Hot List 2015 for Best Remote and Wild. Guests at Aro Ha stay in Zen inspired luxury accommodation in neutral hues with exposed beech wood and healing alpine views of mountain peaks thrusting skyward from the azure waters of Lake Wakatipu.

A typical day includes sunrise flow yoga, sub alpine hike in New Zealand's World Heritage Area, daily massage, mindfulness practice and a whole foods cleansing cuisine program that is gluten free, paleo friendly and filled with micro nutrients and active enzymes.
