Queenstown’s Hotel St Moritz is offering guests the chance to celebrate some of the best Pinot Noirs in the world.

The enchanting property is supporting the annual Central Otago Pinot Noir Celebration with a week of Pinot Noirs, hors d’oeuvres and a view of the mountains to die for.

Idyllically located in the heart of delightful Queenstown, St Moritz guests can ‘wine and dine’ with its signature ‘Pinot Pinot Pinot’ experience from January 25 to 31 2016.

The outstanding ‘Pinot Pinot Pinot’ experience will feature a new pinot trio each day, and be perfectly matched with beautiful hors d’oeuvres from its award-winning restaurant Lombardi, priced at an enticing $40pp per flight.

The Central Otago Pinot Noir Celebration presents the best wine, food, craftsmen and places of the Central Otago region to some of the world’s top wine connoisseurs and critics.

Hotel St Moritz General Manager Jo Finnigan said Queenstown was the “perfect” place for wine buffs to soak up some of the most revered pinot offerings in the world.

“Our passion of Pinot Noir is second to none and our team is enthusiastic about educating and informing guests about the special variety,” she said.

The hotel will be abuzz with celebrities of the wine world attending the 12th annual celebration from Thursday January 28, including well-known UK wine raconteur Oz Clarke of BBC TV and radio fame.

As Gold sponsor of the event and principal accommodation provider for over a decade, St Moritz has a long-standing association with the celebration, which perfectly matches the hotel’s unassuming yet sophisticated style.

“There’s no better place to sit back with a glass of the regions finest, and drink in the view.”

COPNL Events Manager Vikki Kircher said the pinot celebration really valued the support of St Moritz.

“They provide the highest quality of service and hospitality for VIPs and our visiting media from around the world.”

“The event gets bigger and better each year, we look forward to many more years together promoting the region’s wines,” said Mrs Finnigan.
