Chocolate Health Shake
 
Ingredients
  • Handful of ice
  • 1 frozen banana, chopped skin removed
  • Flesh of ¼ avocado
  • 1 tbsp. pumpkin seeds
  • 1 tbsp almonds
  • 2 tbsp. cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 cup low-fat milk or water 
How to make:
1) Chop the banana into a few chunks and pop into the Kenwood Blend-X Pro jug
2) Add the remaining ingredients, blend thoroughly and serve

Oat Cookie Bites
 
Ingredients
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup desiccated coconut
  • 4 squares dark 70% dark chocolate or 3 tbsp. cacao nibs (optional)
  • 2 Tbsp. tahini or nut butter
  • 2 Tbsp. maple syrup
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 2-3 Tbsp. water (enough until the balls become sticky and doughy)
 
How to Make:
1) Place all the ingredients into Kenwood Food Processor and pulse together, adding the water slowly until dough reaches a chunky consistency.
2) Roll into balls and pop into the fridge for 30mins or freezer for 15mins to chill and set
