Support Fiordland St John Volunteer Ambulance Officers and secure your place in the Kepler Challenge before online entry opens.

As a community run event, an important goal for the organising committee is to support community projects in Fiordland. Following the success of the Charity Challenge in 2009, which raised $10,000 for the youth of Fiordland, the funds raised this year will be given to Fiordland St John to support training of volunteer Ambulance Officers.

Fiordland St John has a number of volunteer Ambulance Officers providing a vital service to our community. As recipients of the Charity Challenge they will be able to undertake training which will enhance their ability to fill their role supporting both the local community and the many visitors Fiordland attracts.

The organising committee would like to offer you the opportunity to take the 'Charity Challenge' to help raise these funds. 

We are offering 10 'Charity Challenge' spaces at a cost of $1000 each. The full amount you pay will be given to Fiordland St John, so the donation received by them from the 10 spaces will total $10,000. This will provide a huge boost and really make a difference to their organization. For this donation you will receive: your entry into the event before the online system opens; an event T-shirt; and breakfast, courtesy of the Organising Committee.
If you are interested in taking this amazing opportunity to guarantee your place in the Kepler Challenge whilst at the same time making a significant contribution to Fiordland's volunteer ambulance service, please register your interest with the Organising Committee no later than Saturday 19th June. Spaces will be filled on a ‘first come-first served basis.

'Charity Challenge' spaces are for the Kepler Challenge event only and are non-refundable. The normal conditions of entry apply (see website for full details of these).

 






2010 Kepler Challenge and Luxmore Grunt - Saturday 4th December
Just a reminder that all entries (with the exception of the 10 Charity Challenge spots above) are administered online.

Entries for the 2010 event will open at 6.30am (NZ time) on Saturday 3rd July via our website www.keplerchallenge.co.nz

As in previous years, entries for both the Kepler Challenge and Luxmore Grunt are expected to fill quickly so we highly recommend that you visit the site at 6.30am.

If you have spam protection on your email account, you may like to add our email to your address book beforehand as confirmation of your entry will be emailed to you: info@keplerchallenge.co.nz

Also please note, the link to the entry form will not appear on the registration page of the website until 6.30am. If you have the website open before this time you will need to refresh your browser page.

Entries will only be accepted online. Once you have completed your online entry form, you will be automatically sent an email to the address you give on the form confirming your status (reserved or on the waitlist) along with a personalised reference number. If a place has been reserved you will then have until midnight (NZ time) on the 13th July to secure this place and make payment, either by using internet banking or by visiting your branch.

Your reference number must be used when making your payment, and sorry - no cheques will be accepted.
