Rollie Recipes

Protein Packed Gym Rollie
2x egg whites
½ teaspoon chopped parsley
2 teaspoons of tuna (drained)
Salt and pepper

Add all ingredients to a bowl and whisk together.
Pour ingredients into your Rollie cooking chamber.
When your Gym Rollie is cooked, insert bamboo skewer to serve (like a kebab) for a delicious healthy breakfast on the go.

Littlies Rollie Snack
1 piece of thin wholemeal bread (crust cut off)
1 egg
1 tablespoon of milk
1 slice of ham
1 tablespoon of spaghetti

In a flat bowl, whisk the egg and milk together.
Dip the bread into the egg mixture, turning to ensure that it is soaked through.
Remove bread from mixture and lay flat on a plate with the slice of ham on top.
Spoon the spaghetti onto the ham, spreading evenly.
Roll bread and pop into the Rollie cooking chamber.
Once cooked, slice your Rollie Snack into 2cm pieces and serve.

Easy Breakfast Rollie
2x small eggs
2 teaspoons of ham (diced)
¼ tomato (diced)
½ teaspoon chopped parsley
Salt and pepper

Add all ingredients to a bowl and whisk together.
Pour ingredients into your Rollie cooking chamber.
When your Breakfast Rollie is cooked, insert bamboo skewer to serve (like a kebab) for a delicious healthy breakfast on the go.
