With a building swell and sunny skies, the Pro Junior competition of the Swatch Girls Pro France was completed today with Keely Andrew (AUS) taking victory and the US $1,200 first prize.

"Last year, was my first time here in France and I have such amazing memories. Today the crowds provided real motivation to do well," said Andrew. "Coming all the way from Australia, I had hoped to go as far as possible in the competition. To do that and take the win is awesome!”

The talent and depth of the Pro Junior field was reflected by the fact that Andrew, second placed Holly-Sue Coffey and third placed Mahina Maeda (HAW) are all still in contention for the Swatch Girls Pro France, which is scheduled to finish tomorrow.
