Kellogg launches special K® Nourish

Breakfast just got a nourishing boost with the launch of Special K Nourish®, a brand new cereal range from iconic breakfast brand Special K.

Superfoods are nutrient powerhouses which are making their way into the everyday foods we eat. Special K Nourish contains delicious superfoods such as oats, quinoa, pepita seeds and cranberries, helping women kick start the day with calories that truly nourish.

Denise Ferguson - a yogini, small business owner and lover of the good life - has partnered with Special K on this latest breakfast revolution. And, as part of the Special K Nourish launch, Denise is conducting a series of well-being sessions for a range of businesses during the month of November.

The programme features a short meditation session and some simple stretches for the workplace to increase overall health and wellbeing, followed by a breakfast of Special K Nourish.

Special K started to shake things up for the better in February, with the introduction of a new three-grain recipe for the much-loved Special K flakes.

Now with a blend of ingredients including nutrient-rich multigrain flakes, fruits, seeds, nuts and crunchy oat, quinoa and rye clusters, Special K Nourish is a wholesome cereal option which is high in fibre, and contains whole grains and protein, with the goodness of seven essential vitamins and minerals such as iron.

As a person devoted to wellness and workplace health, Denise says she believes it’s essential to use honest, healthy ingredients.
