With festive celebrations and January holidays now over, it’s time to replace indulgence and excess with health and wellness.  Peppers Sentosa Seminyak is offering a series of seven Wellness Retreats complete with a health and wellness coach to guide you towards a healthy 2015, all within the surrounds of one of Bali’s most luxurious tropical villa resorts.

The choice of a 3-Day Retreat from US $1200 per person* or 7-Day Retreat from US$2784 per person* (minimum 4 people per booking sharing a 4-bedroom villa) are available.  They include accommodation in a private villa with plunge pool; private healing, cleansing and balancing sessions; spa treatments; colon hydrotherapy sessions or natural cleansing; yoga (mat provided); breathing and meditation sessions; cooking classes and healthy meal plans; workshops on food and lifestyle options and beauty regiments.

The first Retreat takes place from 14 to 20 March (14 to 17 March for 3-Day option) under the expert tuition of Peppers Sentosa Seminyak’s resident health and wellness coach, Meli Denfer - a master of both Usui Reike and Tera-Mai, an evolved form of Reiki healing that addresses issues and lifestyle.

Other dates for 2015 include: 12-19 April; 17-24 May; 21-28 June; 16-23 August; 17-24 October; and 15-22 November.
