Ice Cream: The Elegant Twist for Busy Hosts

Surprise guests at your next dinner party with a special twist on the traditional treat. It’s easy to prepare and even easier to devour.

INGREDIENTS:
- OOB organic Mocha Ice
cream (roughly 120ml per
person)
- 1 cup of chopped dried figs
- 1/2 cup walnut pieces
- 8 waffle bowls (or cones)

INSTRUCTIONS:
- Chop up dried figs and break up
walnut pieces
- Scoop ice cream into waffle bowls
and decorate with figs and walnuts
- Enjoy!

THREE TIPS FOR SERVING ICE CREAM AT A DINNER PARTY
1. Buy only top quality ice cream with interesting flavours
2. Remove it from the freezer and pop into the fridge about half
way through your main course, this allows the ice cream to
soften to a perfect temperature
3. Be sure to have sorbet on hand for non-dairy guests
