Venerdi Organic Sourdough Brown no added yeast is a rich sourdough toast bread that is leavened only by the sourdough process. Brown rice flour is fermented with the sourdough overnight, before making up a significant portion of the final dough, which is then mixed, tinned and left to rise for over four hours. The loaves are all batch baked in rack ovens, creating a simple and delicious flavoursome toast bread.

Being gluten sensitive is not a choice and it can make life very difficult for people who are sufferers.
