Acclaimed personal trainer Allison Westfahl reveals Core Envy, the effective core sculpting program she developed for women at Colorado's most prestigious health clubs. Core Envy will tone and sculpt abs, back, stomach, and sides, helping women build a strong, sexy core they'll love showing off. Core Envy: A 3-Step Guide to a Strong, Sexy Core is now available in Target stores, bookstores, and online this January. See a preview at allisonwestfahl.com or velopress.com/coreenvy.
Traditional abs programs call for strict diets, endless cardio and crunches, sketchy supplements, and tedious calorie counting, yet real results are hard to come by. Allison's 8-week Core Envy program is a better way to tone and sculpt. Core Envy solves the problems other abs programs ignore with a triple threat of cardio workouts, sculpting routines, and a diet makeover. It's a balanced approach that promotes both fitness and weight loss, and women won't need a gym to make it happen.
Anyone can slim down and tone up with Core Envy and start seeing results in about three weeks. Allison's cardio and sculpting workouts average just 30 minutes, and three levels let women amp it up or tone it down for their current fitness level. High-intensity cardio workouts coupled with full core functional exercises will make sure women slim down while sculpting all the muscle groups they need for a sleek, toned core.
Allison streamlines dieting with healthy, flavorful foods and snacks that will keep women energized as they rev up their metabolism. Her tasty recipes and complete meal plans simplify calorie counting and make weight loss painless.
