We have tickets to this event to giveaway- Join us on Friday 28th November as celebrity chef Paul Jobin teaches the art of simple entertaining, using Regal Salmon and the finest ingredients from Farro.

Paul is a regular on "April in the Afternoon" - which airs on weekdays at 5.30pm on the Living Channel - and has just released his first cookbook, "a pinch of salt."

Renowned in New Zealand for his Asian inspired cuisine, much of his popularity comes from his innovative ideas for the home chef. Paul challenges us to open our minds and our palates to new and exciting flavour combinations.

To demonstrate his many talents, Paul is showcasing "Family Fiesta,"a collection of delicious Regal Salmon recipes, including some from his new book "a pinch of salt." These recipes are perfect for summer entertaining.

The class starts in style with canapés accompanied by a glass of Allan Scott Cuvée Rose. Tickets can be purchased at www.regalsalmon.co.nz.
