On arrival to this exceptional facility set in 50 acres of eucalypt forest which is less than an hour drive from the Gold Coast beaches, we were given the tour of this magnificent escape.

After being pampered by the fabulous therapists at the Day Spa, we enjoyed a fine dining experience with fantastic food and wine. 

I had a very relaxing and tranquil experience.  All that can be done is relax and enjoy your surroundings and after competing in this year’s Gold Coast Half Marathon, it was just the ticket.
