Just days after X Games Barcelona, Red Bull continues its hunt for the most promising up and coming BMX and skate stars! For your chance to be spotted, simply film your signature move and upload your video by July 5th to redbullphenom.com and skate legend Steve Caballero and BMX icon Mike Escamilla could pick you to compete in an amateur contest at X Games Los Angeles.
The six finalists from each discipline will each receive an all-expenses trip to X Games while the overall winners will also get their video professionally produced by Red Bull.

The competition is open until July 5th to non-pros between the ages of 15 and 19.
Six BMX and four skate finalists will be chosen based on their video entries. Two additional skate finalists will come from the comp circuit — one from Volcom Wild in the Parks AM Series (http://www.volcom.com/witp/chooseUsIntl.asp) and another from the Element Make it Count Series (http://us.elementbrand.com/c/blog/2013-make-it-count-contest-series). ABOUT THE JUDGES
Mike “Rooftop” Escamilla started riding BMX in 1990 at age 11. Since then he has grown up in the pages of magazines like Ride BMX, Details, Playboy, Complex and others, helping the sport to grow. Ride Magazine voted him one of the most influential riders of the 90s.
Steve Caballero is a skate vert legend known for pioneering difficult tricks and for setting the long-standing record for the highest air achieved on a halfpipe. In 1999, Thrasher Magazine named Caballero the "Skater of the Century".
ABOUT RED BULL PHENOM
Red Bull Phenom is a competition to find the next skate, BMX and mountain bike legends. To enter, all you have to do is submit a 60 second video of yourself showing us your talent. Six finalists per discipline will receive a once-in-a-lifetime all-expenses paid trip where they will compete at an amateur contest at X Games. For mountain bike slopestyle athletes, this will be a trip to X Games Munich in June while BMX street and skate street competitors will go to X Games Los Angeles, Calif. USA in August. MTB slopestyle entries are open from April 8th to May 27th. Skate street and BMX street entries are open from April 8th to July 5th.
ABOUT X GAMES GLOBAL EXPANSION
X Games, the leading action sports competition and lifestyle brand, will spotlight the world’s best action sports athletes in BMX, Skateboard, Moto X and Rally Car at the X Games; and Skiing, Snowboard and Snowmobile at the winter version of the X Games against the backdrop of the host city and country. Each X Games event will take on its own distinguishing character that will set it apart from the others, including the introduction of new sports and cultural elements that are drawn from the host cities themselves.
