SPICED COSMOPOLITAN
25ml White Rum
25ml Vanilla Vodka
30ml Ocean Spray® Cranberry Classic™
10ml lime juice
10ml sugar syrup
1 Clove, 2 Cardamom pods, ½ teaspoon Cinnamon (either muddle in or use as a syrup instead of the sugar).
Shake well and strain into martini glass
Garnish with paprika salt dipped green or red apple slices
 

POMEGRANATE GOLD
30ml Cognac
10ml Pomegranate Molasses
30ml Ocean Spray® Cranberry Classic™
10ml White Chocolate Syrup
Shake well and strain into martini glass
Garnish with gold leaf floating on top
 

SPARKLING DIAMOND
10ml Vanilla Liqueur
20ml Ocean Spray® Cranberry Classic™
10ml Lime Juice
10ml Sugar Syrup
80ml Champagne
Stir and serve in a Champagne flute
Garnish with silver sugar rim
