New Boutique Salon Sets the Standard

Popular boutique salon Verdo Nails has been awarded top honours in one of the country’s most prestigious retail awards.

The salon, which has only been open for a year, has been named as a Finalist in the 2010 TOP SHOP® Retail Excellence Awards in the Start-Up Business category.
Based in Auckland, Verdo Nails combines both luxury and affordability with its full range of top end services, from manicures and pedicures to spa treatments, nail enhancements and acrylics.

Owner and director of Verdo Nails, Amber McIver, says she is thrilled with the success of the salon in such a short period of time.

“We aim to provide guests with an experience where they feel welcome, have no need to question the expertise of our team or the quality of our products and feel assured they will receive a high professional standard,” says McIver.

Finalists in the TOP SHOP® awards are selected by a panel of independent judges after a series of mystery shopper visits focusing on the layout of the store, presentation of products or services for sale and the knowledge, availability and service of staff.
